I studied in depth for about two months before making this purchase. And now all I can say is received, this is a great purchase. I researched and visited many times the specific in-store brands, models, features, etc. Compare After searching I saw the Samsung and Vizio, up to the features for the price, bang for the buck. I can tell you that for about half the price of Samsung in the same category, I Have the latest features, built-in Wi-Fi, which works like a charm. a large number of widgets available, although there are some that I was interested in not yet available. I was really looking forward to this TV. Al 22 "TV is the only one that had 1080p, LED lighting, and the ability to connect to the Internet. I read some reviews saying the sound was bad, but I did not care since I can not tell the difference between a release a CD. Unfortunately, when I received the TV, the first thing I noticed is how the sound was bad. When I cut the surround sound "framework" has slightly improved but was still pretty bad. The picture was all washed out, like a badge or a brand Dynex TV I saw at Best Buy. Perhaps because the contrast ratio is 50,000:1. I bought a 22inch Samsung LED has all the features of Vice had. The Samsung has a better image and excellent sound. The Vizio was a surprise, on-off, which is good to have if you use that room television to help you wake up. The remote control on the Vizio felt very cheap too.

I received my 55inch Vizio XVT 553 last week.

So far so good. Good color.

Shipping was fast CEVA has been great.

Good price, Costco and Sam are old 550 and 551 model similar price.

It's worth the 553 on 552, much better looking and thinner.
